Fillmed (Filorga) NCTF 135 HA

The kit includes 5 ampoules of 3 ml each, 3-ml syringes, 5 18G needles for collection, and 30G and 32G needles for injections.

NCTF 135 HA is manufactured by the French laboratory Laboratories FILORGA (FILLMED) and consists of stabilized hyaluronic acid. In addition to the main active ingredient, the cocktail contains over 50 auxiliary components—vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nucleic acids, coenzymes, and antioxidants. 

Composition and Properties

The NCTF 135 HA mesotherapy cocktail consists of synthetic hyaluronic acid. Its concentration is 5 mg/ml. Its formula helps address any issues related to skin condition, whether it be dehydration, inflammation, or hyperpigmentation.

Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan responsible for deep skin hydration at the cellular level. It maintains the water-electrolyte balance in cells and the intercellular space, stimulates the endogenous production of collagen and elastin, and regulates biochemical reactions in tissues. 

In addition to hyaluronic acid, NCTF 135 HA contains:

    - Vitamins (A, B, C, E, I) – improve skin elasticity and contractility, strengthen blood vessel walls, have anti-inflammatory effects, activate fibroblast production, lighten pigment spots, and participate in complex biochemical and metabolic processes;
    - Minerals – optimize ionic balance, stabilize metabolism in tissues, and improve cellular respiration;
    - Amino acids (lysine, proline, hydroxyproline, threonine, serine, etc.) – activate collagen and elastin synthesis, organize the fibers of the elastin-collagen matrix, and strengthen local immunity;
    - Nucleotides – strengthen molecular bonds in DNA and RNA chains;
    - Coenzymes – reconstruct and restructure cells, stimulate regeneration and proliferation processes in tissues, and break down and eliminate “protein waste”;
    - Antioxidants – inhibit free radical oxidation in the cells of the dermis and epidermis.

Indications for NCTF 135 HA injections

Mesotherapy using the NCTF 135 HA cocktail is indicated for the following conditions:

Over time, they intensify and become more pronounced. The effect remains stable for six months. To prolong it, it is recommended to undergo one or two maintenance treatments every 3–4 months.
