Merz Belotero Volume Lidocaine

The natural volume of subcutaneous fat in the skin diminishes over time, leading to deformation of the facial contours. The Belotero Volume formula was specifically created by Merz Aesthetics, a company with over a century of history, to restore this very volume (volumization) in areas of pronounced age-related loss – temples, cheeks, cheekbones, and chin.

This dense, highly viscous filler based on a high concentration of hyaluronic acid (26 mg/ml) is injected into the deep layers of the skin to provide the missing volume and fill wrinkles. The product functions as a bio-reinforcement – creating a supportive framework in the skin that persists for a long time (up to 12 months, depending on individual characteristics).

The carefully balanced composition of the product provides three important advantages over other similar products: excellent plasticity for contour modeling and achieving the desired relief, a strong volumizing effect, as well as predictability and longevity of results.

Unlike regular hyaluronic fillers, it does not stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, so it does not resorb within 6–8 weeks after injection, but remains in the tissues for up to a year, maintaining the established bio-framework.

To increase comfort during correction and reduce pain, Belotero Volume is also available in a form containing lidocaine. This formula is used for patients aged 35 and older as a means to postpone surgical interventions.
